We offer tanker hose as per EN 137865 Type 1 and are specially developed to meet the Australian Institute of petroleum’s AIP-CP 27 code of practice. The hose contains a barrier layer for 100 % aromatic hydrocarbons. Hose assemblies are fitted with developed scroll fittings, specifically constructed to allow both inner and outer spiral wires of the hose to be positively connected to the fittings for electrical continuity. This is markedly superior to use as an inconsistent separate earthing wire. It withstands temperature ranging from -20 deg C to + 80 Deg C. Available from sizes starting from 1.1/2” To 8” Inside diameter. It is light in weight as compared to conventional rubber hoses and mainly used for the transfer of petroleum product by road rail tankers and loading gantries.
